The starting point

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • The legacy system is being discontinued or is becoming too expensive.

  • Your data is scattered and inconsistent.

  • Fear of data loss is blocking the switch.

  • Ongoing operations can't stand still for a second.

The outcome

A clean move with validated data and a clear cut-over plan – with no nasty surprises.

Scope of service

Test migration

A trial run with reconciliation before it gets serious.

Approach

How it works

  1. Legacy system analysis

We understand the data model and dependencies of the existing setup.

  2. Mapping & cleansing

  3. Test migration & reconciliation

A trial run and validation against the source.

  4. Cut-over & go-live

    A controlled switch-over following a clear plan.

Who it's for

A good fit when …

  • Replacing a discontinued or overly expensive legacy ERP

  • Moving away from Excel and isolated tools

  • Consolidating several systems into one ERP

Frequently asked questions

From common ERP and inventory management systems (e.g. JTL, Billbee), from Excel and from custom solutions – as long as the data can be exported or reached via an interface.
No. We migrate the relevant history traceably. Whatever has to stay in the legacy system or archive for legal reasons (GoBD), we clarify upfront.
Through test migration and reconciliation against the source – count and sum checks as well as open items – before going live.
The cut-over is planned so that downtime stays minimal – often a single weekend. On request we safeguard it with parallel operation.
Good times are the year or quarter change (clean accounting cut-offs) and periods without peaks – not during the Christmas season. The switch should be planned, not forced.
It depends on data volume, quality and number of interfaces; clean source data reduces the effort considerably. More on cost and process in our FAQ.
